Join us for a unique small group class focused on runners of all levels.
We will begin at the studio of Meg Donnelly, Licensed Massage Therapist with an in studio, 20 - 30 minute runner-focused mindfulness talk led by Yogi Gretchen Schutte of TulaPrana Yoga and Wellness.
Afterwards, Running Coach Jenlene Nowak will lead a group run incorporating a new sense of mindfulness.
Celebrate a great run as we end back at the studio for tea or filtered water and a chance to win a 30 minute massage.
