Hello! Thank you for choosing TMSSR for your beauty experience. Please see below for information on how to book your next service with us!

BRIDAL MAKEUP AND HAIR

1.) From below, please select the category of "Bridal". Next, select the service or package to fit your needs! Descriptions of each service and package are listed below each option. Please note that bridesmaids/others makeup and hair may be booked as "add-ons" to your bridal beauty service AFTER you have selected your requested bridal service, date/time, and artist/stylist. Please note that if you are booking multiple add-on services, you may need to book services separately from your initial booking.

2.) If you would like to request a specific artist or stylist for your booking, please select their name when booking. Otherwise, you may select from any TMSSR Staff or TMSSR Alumni artist or stylist option. If the artist you are requesting is unavailable for the timeslot that you need, please make your booking with a TMSSR Staff/Alumni artist and enter the name of the requested artist in the notes of your booking.

3.) After selecting your service option(s), you will be prompted to select a date, time, and artist/stylist for your services. Please note that service times are not confirmed until communication is received with our admin team in the form of an official timeline.

4.) There may be other available date and time slots not listed or displayed on our booking site. Available service times on our site may not reflect your requested service time--so please select the available timeslot closest to your needed appointment time. Our admin team will adjust accordingly and include your confirmed service time in our confirmation email.

5.) After selecting your service date/time, please complete the Bridal Contract Form and Bridal Questionnaire. Once these forms are completed, you will be able to pay your 50% deposit for services via PayPal or Square.

6.) Our admin team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your booking, and to send a solidified timeline of services.

EDUCATION

1.) From below, please select the category of “Education”. Next, select the class or program to fit your needs! Descriptions of each class/program are listed below each option.

2.) After selecting your class/program option, you will be prompted to select a date and time for your services (if applicable). Please note that your enrollment/timeslot will not be confirmed until a member of our admin team reaches out to you with confirmation.

3.) After selecting your class/program, please complete the contact form and questionnaire. Once these forms are completed, you will be able to pay your deposit for via PayPal or Square.

4.) Our admin team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your booking, and to send a solidified timeline.


ONLINE ACADEMY

1.) Online Academy enrollment requires that all prospective students book and solidify their spot in our programs via our online booking platform, and agree to terms and conditions before submitting a deposit and booking a seat in a program.

2.) To book your place in our Online Academy, select the category below called "Online Academy". When TMSSR runs a special for programs, you may select the category that includes the special rates. From there, you can select your desired program and start date. You will then read and complete information forms, and then pay either a deposit or special discounted rate to secure your appointment.

3.) If you are curious about our upcoming program availability, you can always select the service that you are interested in, and then select your instructor for that program. Their calendar of availability will appear after your selection.

4.) Please note that all Online Academy programs are offered at a special, introductory pay-in-full rate. If you would not like to take advantage of this special rate, you also have the option of paying a 50% deposit to secure your spot for a class. Please note that opting for paying the deposit will exclude you from being able to take advantage of the special rate, and your full remaining balance will be owed no later than two weeks before your program start date.

PERMANENT MAKEUP (PMU)


ONLINE BOOKING


1.) PMU appointments are booked online exclusively. PMUStudioVA requires all clients to read and confirm information forms regarding medical criteria, availability, and terms and conditions before submitting a deposit and booking an appointment.

2..) To book your initial PMU appointment, select the category below called "Permanent Makeup (PMU)". All PMU services: brows, eyeliner, lips, color boosts, and saline removal can be found in this category. For paramedical services, such as scalp micropigmentation, areola/nipple pigmentation or scar or stretch mark camouflaging, please select the category "Paramedical PMU".


CHOOSING YOUR PMU TECHNIQUE | STYLE


3.) For PMU Brows: If you are unsure of which style to choose, choose any "Combination" brow option. You can always upgrade or downgrade at your appointment--(and you will be reimbursed after your retouch appointment for any downgraded technique chosen). Please note that your technician will complete a thorough brow-mapping consultation so that you can preview your shape, thickness, and color beforehand for your approval to begin your procedure.

4.) For PMU Eyeliner: If you are unsure of which style to choose, choose the "Top Eyeliner" option. You can always upgrade or downgrade at your appointment after your consultation with your technician.


CONSULTATIONS


5.) "In person" consultations are currently only available for clients who have had previous permanent makeup done with another company or artist. All "in person" consultations are available during your booked initial appointment.

6.) Phone consultations are always available with any technician. Photographs can be sent beforehand to info@pmustudio.com or attached when booking your consultation online. FaceTime or Zoom call options may be applicable if absolutely necessary. Please contact our admin team in advance if you are requesting this option so we can receive approval of this option with your technician before your scheduled consultation.


PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP



7.) PLEASE NOTE: If you have had previous PMU from another company or artist, you must book one of the options stating "Client with Previous PMU" that includes a new initial, plus retouch appointment. Color boost options only apply to existing PMUStudioVA clients. Please be advised that saline or angel removal may be necessary to correct any issues with shape or symmetry from a previous technician.


SPECIAL RATES



8.) When PMUStudioVA runs a special for PMU services, you may select the category that includes the special rates, usually titled "Permanent Makeup Specials". From there, you can select your desired service, technician, date, and time. You will then read and complete information forms, and then pay either a deposit or the special discounted rate to secure your appointment.

9.) Please note that all PMU brow services for new clients are offered at a permanent discounted pay-in-full rate of $150 off (discounted package including initial + retouch appointments). If you would not like to take advantage of this special rate, you also have the option of paying a $200 deposit to secure your appointment, as well as the option to pay for your initial and retouch appointments separately (for PMU brows). Please note that opting to pay the deposit or paying for your initial and retouch appointments separately will exclude you from being able to take advantage of the special rate (at any time for that specific service), and your full remaining balance will be owed at your initial appointment.


SCHEDULING AVAILABILITY



10.) If you are curious about our scheduling availability, you can always select the service that you are interested in, and then select a technician for that service. Their calendar of availability will appear after your selection.


RETOUCH | PERFECTION | FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS


11.) Please note that you will be prompted to book a follow-up appointment for your service, which ideally should be booked for 6-12 weeks for all PMU services, and 8-12 weeks for saline removal services--after the date of your initial service. Please check your email for this prompt and special link to book your follow-up appointment.

SPECIAL EVENT (NON-BRIDAL) HAIR AND MAKEUP

1.) From below, please select the category of "Special Event". Next, select the service to fit your needs! Descriptions of each service are listed below each option. Please note that hairstyling services may be booked as "add-ons" to your makeup service AFTER you have selected your requested makeup service, date/time, and artist/stylist. Please note that if you are booking multiple add-on services, you may need to book services separately from your initial booking.

2.) After selecting your service option(s), you will be prompted to select a date, time, and artist/stylist for your services. Please note that service times are not confirmed until communication is received with our admin team in the form of an official timeline.

3.)Available service times in Acuity may not reflect your requested service time in Acuity- So please select the available timeslot closest to your needed appointment time, and our admin team will adjust accordingly and include your confirmed service time in our confirmation email.

4.) After selecting your service date/time, please complete the Special Event form and questionnaire. Once these forms are completed, you will be able to pay your retainer fee for services via PayPal or Square. A $30 retainer fee is required to book each special event service: If you are looking to book a makeup AND hair service, your total retainer fee will be $60.

5.) If you would like to request a specific artist or stylist for your booking, please select their name when booking. Otherwise, you may select from any TMSSR Staff or TMSSR Alumni artist or stylist option. If the artist you are requesting is unavailable for the timeslot that you need, please make your booking with a TMSSR Staff/Alumni artist and enter the name of the requested artist in the notes of your booking.

6.) If you would like to come to our facility for services, please select the service option for "On Site". If you would like for your artist/stylist to travel to you, please select the service option for "On Location". Please note that we require a minimum of 6 services to travel outside of the Hampton Roads area for services, and that all On Location services are subject to either an on location fee or mileage fee depending on the location of services.

7.) Our admin team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your booking, and to send a solidified timeline of services.
