Sanitisation and cleaning has always been a daily focus for us. We have been obsessed with sanitisation and cleaning since opening in 2017. Our float tanks contain approximately 350kg of Epsom salt, which is an inhospitable environment for bacteria and viruses. Plus we always have active amounts of sanitizing agents in our water and the solution is filtered between each float. All high touch areas on the tank and in the room are cleaned dried and sanitised.

Our salt rooms are purpose built and provide a controlled environment where pharmaceutical grade aerosol salt is dispersed into the air. The salt we use is the highest grade and meets a standard which is deemed sterile and is suitable to be used in the production of saline solutions and other saline product such as eye drops and saline gel in wound management. Our floor salt is cleaned daily and all clients must wear foot covers and hair nets. Hands must be sanitised prior to entering the room

Late arrival for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your session, with full charges applied. There are no refunds for packages, memberships, gift vouchers or casual sessions. Appointments may be re-scheduled 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment.

NO-SHOWS on the day will have the full cost of the appointment deducted.

* INTRO TO FLOATING - 3 Float Special is a one time only purchase per client. It is non-shareable and valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. We highly recommend that the 3 floats are done over a 3 week or 6 week period to allow you to experience the cumulative benefits of floatation therapy.

** FLOAT MEMBERSHIPS - are a subscription for a minimum of 3 months, auto renewing and ongoing . Unused floats roll over to the next month and accumulated credits are shareable
