These terms and conditions apply to Coaching between you, the participant and Girls Get Strong Cycling (GGSC)

1. REGISTRATION:
By purchasing your Coaching package, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, any further terms and conditions provided to you by us in respect of Coaching from time to time.

2. PAYMENT
Payment is either 1 payment or monthly payments. Monthly payments will be automatically scheduled using the card you signed up with. If you are paying for your package in monthly instalments, upon registration you will be required to pay a deposit equal to the first month, which will cover your last month of coaching. Should you need to communicate with us in regards to your payments, please do so by emailing info@girlsgetstrongcycling.com We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm CEST and will aim to get back to you within 2 working days.

2. COACHING
You will have access to your coaching plan through Training peaks, communication with your coach through messaging, a weekly call for the first 3 weeks and thereafter a monthly call with your coach. For nutrition coaching you will have a weekly call with your coach.

4. LENGTH OF COACHING
The length of coaching will be determined in your registration. The coaching will start from the day you made your payment, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

3. COMMUNICATION
Is it important that you communicate regularly with your coach, through training peaks, by attending your regular calls and by responding to any messages from your coach. If you need to reschedule any of your meetings please message your coach within 24 hours of the meeting. Please respect that for all communication with your coach they will respond to you within 24 hours.

4. REFUNDS
You cannot receive a refund for Coaching.

7. WAIVER AND RELEASE
You agree that you hereby waive any claims or rights that you might otherwise have to sue Girls Get Strong Cycling, its employees, independent contractors or agents for injury/harm to you that may result from participation in any event or activity organised by Girls Get Strong Cycling. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You are waiving any right you have to bring legal action to assert a claim against Girls Get Strong Cycling.
