Appointment Cancellation Terms
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge by giving us notice no less than 24 hours preceding your appointment. If the session is not rescheduled or fulfilled within the monthly timeframe, your monthly credit will rollover to the following month. If the session is cancelled on the same day as your appointment, rescheduled and then cancelled again, you will forfeit your monthly credit. Appointment no shows will forfeit their monthly credit.
Contract Cancellation Terms
Contract may be cancelled at anytime but requires a 30-day notice. Cancellation notice must be email to HuntersHandMassage@gmail.com.Page2
Medical Conditions
You understand that the services we provide are not a replacement for medical care and that you should see a medical provider for any medical issues that you may have. You should consider consulting your physician before participating in massage or stretch services. It is you responsibility to inform us of any preexisting medical conditions or issues prior to any service.
Your Comfort is Key
Male/Female genitalia and women’s breasts will not be exposed or massaged at any time. Modest draping will be used during each of your services. If you experience any discomfort or pain for any reason during a service, you agree to immediately speak up and notify the therapist to adjust the manipulation, pressure, draping, heat, or environment. You may ask the therapist to stop the massage at any time.
Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse to renew your Membership Agreement at any time not prohibited by law including, but not limited to nonpayment history. We reserve the right to collect any delinquent or outstanding balances owed. For billing and identification purposes, you agree to provide us with current, accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, email, phone number and applicable payment data.
Your rights
You are entitled to a copy of this agreement at the time of signing. You may cancel this agreement any time by midnight of the 3rd business day after receiving a copy. If you cancel within this 3-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of your money minus any services rendered. Send termination request via email to: HuntersHandMassage@gmail.com. Funds will be processed within 2 weeks.
By signing the below, you authorize us to automatically charge the card you have specified. Monthly payments will be charged on or after the same day each month until your contract expires, or you cancel. You additionally authorize us to charge your card in lieu of presenting it for any services received.
