TERMS OF SERVICE: By registering for this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Your spoken questions or public comments during any activity you participate in may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed by The Audacious Spirit and used in perpetuity. By enrolling in any service, you consent in advance to these uses. Recordings are offered as teaching aids and are provided as a convenience to students who cannot attend a class. They are not a material or implied part of any teaching or counseling deliverable. Students may use pseudonyms and avoid camera usage at their discretion.
2. The Audacious Spirit’s courses and programs are for educational purposes and are designed to enhance one’s spiritual nature only. The Audacious Spirit and its faculty and staff are not liable for possible damage incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of using the contents, advice or interpretation thereof, of any of our courses, programs, web content or email communications, and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist or psychologist, or other qualified health care providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition or treatment and before undertaking a regimen, and never disregard professional medical or mental health care advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have learned in a course, program, email, suggested practice, community forum, or on our website.
3. The Audacious Spirit reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admittance to any program class, or to terminate and potentially refund the cost of registration to any individual for any offering or program it offers at any time. The Audacious Spirit also reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their tuition contribution agreement or does not meet a stated requirement for class participation.
4. We do not refund any payments or donations unless special arrangements are made.
5. We reserve the right to remove individuals from conference calls, classes, circles, and community forums on Facebook, Instagram,TikTok or other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty and staff. The Audacious Spirit also maintains the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the content of its forums, social media pages and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by us to be inappropriate, destructive or otherwise objectionable (including but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to Audacious Spirit content and hostile or inflammatory remarks). We may remove such posts at our sole discretion and without notice.

IMPORTANT! All spiritual training classes take place online in our Zoom classroom. I agree that by accepting enrollment in any class or program you will comply with the technical requirements.. These universally include:

1. Students and clients must maintain a working computer, tablet or smartphone or analog phone that can successfully run Zoom or make telephone calls respectively. The Audacious Spirit bears no responsibility financial or otherwise for a client or student’s inability to comply with technical requirements.
2. Students will utilize headphones with a microphone during class. Headphones are required since use of ambient speakers creates feedback and echos for everyone else in the class and ruins the online experience. I understand that if I do not obtain working headphones and a microphone within the first two weeks of any class or program, my membership in the class or program will be suspended until working headphones with a microphone are acquired.
3. NO financial reimbursement or refund of any kind will be made for students to be in compliance or for a lack of compliance with the technical requirements of programs and classes. All financial responsibility to acquire the hardware and software required for participation is the sole responsibility of the student.
