Packages are valid for 90 days from purchase and are shareable between immediate family members.

Bookings & cancellations/reschedules may be made up to 2 hours before class commencement or we cannot guarantee a refund of your credit.

If you are away on an emergency and it is outside of the 2-hour window, please get in touch.

These packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and all studio T&Cs apply. In the event you have multiple packages active, please get in touch and we will merge them for you.

We practice a mandatory booking system in line with all current SOPs.
