My preferred payment methods are Venmo (@Sarah-Hey), Paypal (heysarahhey@gmail.com), or check. Payment can also be made online via credit card or with cash.

Payments are to be made by the end of the appointment. You do not have to pay in advance, however, we do require your credit card information in order to schedule your appointment. (This helps reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations).

*Cancellation Policy* If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so with at least 24 hours of notice (as it is very difficult for me to fill a session time with less than 24 hours notice). A week's notice or more is ideal. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price for the scheduled session.

Advance payment is required for gift certificates and packages.

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the first appointment. Please let us know at the time of scheduling if your minor child is the client.
