Terms and Agreements

Subscriptions: Subscriptions auto-bill the card on file and renew every 1st or 15th of the month. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. 3 month minimum commitment required. Subscriptions can be cancelled up to 7 days before renewal. Unused sessions rollover month-to-month. All unused sessions expire at the end of each year. Unused sessions can be transferred to others via gift card ($10 balance transfer fee).

Packages: Packages are prepaid in full. Package purchases are non-refundable. Unused sessions will be forfeited.
