1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 If you access and use this website (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms (the “Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the site.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and therefore ask Customers to check the Terms regularly, prior to booking.
2. Membership
2.1 Membership to “Yoga with Yasmin - Online” Facebook Group Page requires online membership. Online Membership gives access to all online classes and on-demand library. Class membership or class credits does not give access to any online content.
2.2 Membership costs from £30 per month for online and is to be paid through membership subscription. The first charge will be when you initially check out, then will be charged that every period (for example, every month or 6 months or annually).
2.4 If payment is not received within 7 days of being due will be temporarily removed from Facebook Group Page.
2.5 All payments for community classes are to be booked online through lotuspad.co.uk.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
3.1 We have a limited number of spaces per class, attendance must be booked and paid in advance via the online booking system. All bookings made require you to give name and contact details. We kindly request that you notify us if unable to attend.
3.2 24 hours notice of cancellation required. No Refund will be given after this time.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or expel Customers from the studio should their conduct be deemed unfit or should they be deemed to be in breach of these Terms or Government Guidelines. In such instances The Company will not refund the Customer.
3.4 The Company cannot be held responsible for a particular session or instructor becoming unavailable.
4. Locations and Health & Safety
4.1 Any changes made to the location and times will be highlighted on the Site, Facebook Group Page, and WhatsApp Information Group.
4.2 Customers are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone arriving after the start of the Class.
4.3 Health & Safety Guidelines must be observed at all times.
5. Fitness and Health
5.1 The Company advises Customers not to take part in classes without first seeking medical advice if they have any concerns regarding their physical condition.
5.2 Customers with with low or high blood pressure or cardiovascular irregularities should not attend class without express and written permission from a medical professional.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any Customer if it in any way doubts the health of the Customer and their ability to safely take part in the Classes.
5.4 Customers accept the risk of injury from performing exercises in the Classes. The Company accepts no liability for injury to the Customer, except in so far as such injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
5.5 If you have recently developed coronavirus COVID-19 symptoms: Please follow current guidelines.
5.6 All Customers will be asked by the instructor as to their physical well-being, and to any pre existing medical/physical condition. A liability waiver and declaration will be provided to all students to fill out and sign prior to partaking in any class for the first time. It is the participant's responsibility to inform the instructor of any change to their mental/physical health and any medication prescribed. The verbal screening and signed liability waiver and declaration will also waive the Company’s responsibility for physical injury caused by the Classes. Any information passed to the instructor will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be kept for a period of one year only in accordance with GDPR regulations.
6. Personal Belongings
6.1 Please provide your own Yoga Mat to classes.
6.2 Personal belongings brought to community classes are brought at the customer’s risk. We kindly request that only essential personal belongings are brought to class. The safety of the possessions are not the responsibility of the Company. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of personal possessions except in so far as such loss or damage is by law incapable of exclusion. The Instructor will request that all personal items are stored in designated areas in accordance with Health & Safety Guidelines.
6.3 Mobile Phones are to be turned off and usage is not allowed during class.
7. Dress and Suitability
7.1 The Company request all customers to dress appropriately for yoga. Details of recommended attire are featured on the Site.
7.2 Cleanliness and hygiene is essential – both of customers themselves and their attire. Soiled clothes or poor personal hygiene will result in the company exercising the right to refuse entry.
7.3 Children under the age of 16 should not attend Class.
7.4 Yoga is designed to be practiced barefoot. Only Yoga Socks are allowable on the mat for Health & Safety.
7.5 No food or chewing gum is to be consumed within the class.
7.6 Customers to bring their own water to class in a non-breakable bottle. Liquids in non resealable cans or bottles will not be allowed in class and will be requested to be kept with personal belongings and only consumed after class has finished.
8. Trademark and Copyright
8.1 Yoga with Yasmin,, the Yoga with Yasmin Lotus Logo, The Lotus Pad and all articles published on this website, Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram are the Intellectual Property of Yasmin Fattori. Yoga with Yasmin and The Yoga with Yasmin Lotus Logo are Trademark ™ and Copyright © Yasmin Fattori. Any unauthorised usage of this content may result in legal action being taken.
8.2 Recording or filming is strictly prohibited. Any instance of unauthorised recording or filming may result in legal action being taken.
