For MEMBERSHIPS: Your card on file will be charged monthly until you cancel. We operate like Netflix which means if you cancel midway through your billing cycle, you will still be able to use your membership until your current billing period is over. We do not prorate memberships. There will be be no refunds for partially used months.

For PUNCH CARDS: One time charge. Valid for Play Sessions only. Multiple children in the same family can use the same punch card but each "punch" is one play session per child. Punch cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Punch cards cannot be used special events or parties and cannot be redeemed for cash. These are digital punch cards that can be redeemed through our booking system with a unique code that will be instantly sent to you.
