I understand these packages and all work can be completed in person or over zoom. If meeting over zoom, the zoom link is located in the confirmation email and your reminder emails.

Once I have checked this box I understand there are no refunds (except under special circumstances) and I need to meet with her within the allotted amount of time found in the description or agreed upon separately with Lesha.

I understand that I am responsible for scheduling my sessions on her website post purchasing the package.

I understand Lesha has a right to cancel individual session or defer clients to other practitioners if needed due to unforeseen circumstances at which point, the remainder of funds will be returned.

I understand if I cancel or no show an appointment with less than 48 hours notice I will be charged in full for my appointment.

I understand prior to my first session I will fill out the appropriate intake form. The intake forms will be emailed to me directly from Lesha to the email address I provided on file.
