Cancellation Policy:
We value your time, our time & the service that we provide.

We send out an email at the time of booking, 30 days and 7 days before the appointment. As well as a text reminder 72 hours before the appointment. We can't take any responsibility for undelivered emails or text messages. Please contact us if you have not received your booking confirmation.

We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling, but at least 48 hours prior, otherwise, we have to charge a $70 cancellation fee. You can change your appointment online yourself, or give us a call.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will fortify your fully payable session and have to reschedule your appointment.
