All gift vouchers maybe gifted to someone, the bearer of the voucher code may use it.
Gift packages must be used in full by 1 person only. They can not be transferred over once they have started to be used.
Treatment package appointments can be booked all together or used over the course of 12 months.
All appointments require 24 hours notice of rescheduling or cancelling otherwise the full appointment voucher will be forfeited (not the full package if an appointment from a package).
Vouchers and packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.
No refunds/cash alternative will be offered for any unused vouchers or packages.
Any unused vouchers or package allowances that come to expiry before use, will be donated to people in need of acupuncture but have very limited funds. You will not be contacted prior to your vouchers expiring.
If your practitioner leaves the clinic, you will be offered a suitable replacement practitioner for the vouchers/continuation of the package. No refund will be offered unless in very exceptional circumstances such as availability of appointments not being suitable.
If we need to cancel the package due to acupuncture not being suitable to you, we will refund the unused appointments, minus an administration fee of 20%
