NO SHOW POLICY

There is a $50 cancellation fee - that fee will automatically be deducted to the card on file . If the card is declined the fee must be paid before you book your next appointment.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 min late a $15 late fee will be added to your service amount.

* Shampoos are included in ALL services.

For all braiding service - if anything slips or comes out within one week of service - i will fix it for free anything after that you will need to book and appointment to have perimeter rebraided or pay a fee per fix.

Cancellation

There is a $50 cancellation fee. Please cancel or reschedule all appointments giving at least 24 hrs notice to avoid fee. If it is a service that required a deposit - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Only one reschedule for appointments with deposits is allowed or it will be forfeited . If you do not reschedule appointments with deposits before the 24 hrs period you will also lose your deposit and receive a cancellation fee

Payments for ALL services is NON REFUNDABLE.. if you are unhappy with your service please speak with your stylist .

FYI- Most of my services do list a time, however, sometimes especially with braiding services I can go over that time. I will always text you in advance if I think it will happen. Please be mindful of this - if u do not have a cleared day for the service specifically braids or twist or locs you should reschedule for a day your schedule is clear.
