Terms and Conditions for Subscriptions:

Please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions before subscribing to our subscriptions.

1. Subscription Agreement:

By subscribing to our subscription services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Haus of E'Lora (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Terms:

a. Subscription Period: The subscription period will begin on the date you sign up and will automatically renew monthly.

b. Subscription Fee: You will be charged a recurring subscription fee monthly. The subscription fee will be communicated to you at the time of sign-up.

c. Payment: You authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your designated payment method on the predetermined frequency until canceled by you.

d. Services: Not to include color, extensions, or chemical services.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Cancelation Policy: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please notify us in writing (email or letter) at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment.

b. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and you will not be charged thereafter. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

4. Quality of Service:

a. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments will be available to book for subscribers on the 15th of the previous month. (Ex: February Appointments will be available on January 15th)

c. Appointment Flexibility: While we strive to accommodate your preferred date and time, flexibility in scheduling is appreciated as it will be subject to stylist availability.

d. Completion of Service: We will ensure that the treatment is completed to the best of our abilities, utilizing professional products and techniques.

5. Limited Liability:

a. Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or preexisting hair conditions that may affect the treatment.

b. Results Variation: We cannot guarantee specific results as the outcome may vary based on individual hair texture and condition.

c. Styling Duration: The duration of the styling results will depend on factors such as hair type, maintenance, and external elements. Results may vary from person to person. Typically 60-90 minutes.

d. Indemnity: By subscribing to our service, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising out of or related to the service.

6. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or through our website. Your continued subscription will indicate your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
