I understand that purchases of 1:1 coaching packages are only valid for a fixed period from the date of purchase. 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase for packages of 4 sessions. Sessions must be booked within these timeframes unless otherwise stated in the package description. BOGOHP codes expire after 7 days & must be used within the time stated in the package description. The standard 48hr cancellation policy applies, so sufficient notice must be given in order to reschedule sessions.

Subscriptions detail their specific terms depending on the type of subscription. Unused session roll over to the following month, but any outstanding sessions at the end of the subscription period must be used within the following timeframes:
- 1 session: 1 month from 30 days after final subscription payment
- 2-4 sessions: 3 months from 30 days after final subscription payment
- 5+ sessions: 6 months from 30 days after final subscription payment
