*If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance a fee of half of the service fee will be assessed to your card on file. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance of your appointment or do not come to your appointment the full fee of your service will be charged. Your card on file will NOT be charged otherwise unless you choose to pay online.

*If canceling appointments WITHIN the 48-hour period prior to your appointment occurs more than 2 times in one month a $50 deposit will be required to hold your next appointment. If that appointment is canceled the deposit will be forfeited. If you come to your appointment the deposit can be applied to your appointment.

* Please arrive on time for your treatment. If you are late we may have to deduct the amount of time you are late from your session time as we have clients scheduled after your appointment. You will still be charged for the full session time.

*Draping will be used during the session – only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

*Clients under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire session. Informed written consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian for any client under the age of 17.
