PLEASE READ ME!

Thanks for using this booking system to book private/semi private apparatus sessions /open practice sessions, group matwork and Zoom matwork practices with Louise.

If you're making your first booking, please email me first to book a 1-1 session.

Mat classes....

We require everyone to take at least one private session with us before joining a mat class, unless you have been practicing classical Pilates. This is to ensure we can keep the flow of the class for our long-standing clients.

If you have had your 1-1 or you are already a regular client, booking is easy ... find the appropriate class, book your space and pay online via credit or debit card. That’s it!

You’ll receive a confirmation email and if you've booked a Zoom class you will also automatically be sent your link to class so please double check your email details are correct!

You will also have the option to add dates to your calendar.

If you are booking a session for the first time you will need to:

Complete the New Client Intake Form
Read and accept our cancellation policy and liability waiver

The next time you book you can just by-pass these forms unless you need to update your details.

Private / Semi Private Studio Sessions...

Add a spring to your Pilates and start your Pilates journey as it was originally intended, on Joe Pilates' original apparatus.

Here you can book either one-off sessions or packages at a reduced rate. Please contact me first to ensure there is space in my schedule.

Please note that 30 minute sessions are only for those recovering from illness or injury and who can not yet physically manage a 60 minute session.
