Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to At Home With Nikki, LLC (doing business as At Home With Nikki) and our employees, contractors, subcontractors, or assistants; the terms "I" and "you" and "your" refer to the client.

We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you (the client) conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use apply to all users of this site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or purchase any of our products/services.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations require 48-hour notice. This means, when you book an appointment, you can reschedule with no additional charge. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, there is an additional $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations significantly affect my schedule and the schedules with whom I work. Due to my ever-increasing demand, and to be available to my committed clients, I am unable to accommodate multiple cancellations.

All appointments will start at the scheduled time. Being 15 or more minutes late is considered a missed appointment, and forfeits your appointment. There will also be a $50 cancellation fee.

NON-JUDGEMENTAL SERVICE

Letting someone into your space to discuss your clutter can be a vulnerable and intimidating thought but it can be oh-so-rewarding. Where most people only see clutter I see, almost instantaneously, what needs to happen to organize a space. I generally like to spend the first 10 minutes of our first appointment conducting a walk-through of your space to discuss the goals you have for our time together. As always, I vow to be non-judgmental throughout the entire organizing process.

Packages expire six (6) months after purchase. If more than one organizer is present during the session (done on request) hours will be deducted from your package based on hours worked PER organizer. While virtual sessions require a minimum of 1 hours and maximum of 2 hours per session the in-home or business sessions require a minimum 3 hours appointment.

SESSION TIMES

Some clients find clearing clutter to be an emotional and draining experience and are ready to end their session early while others are fueled by the energy of releasing items that no longer serve them and choose to their entire session. Ultimately the choice is yours for how long we work during your appointment time. I will be by your side guiding you, supporting you throughout the process.

PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY (REFUND POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS, EXCLUDING DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS)

All service and downloadable sales are final (non-refundable) and non-transferable. This includes gift certificates and service packages. I accept cash, check and all major credit cards (Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express). Payment. For all services payment is due 48 hours prior to that service. For products (not services or downloadable products), if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is confidential and I only use proprietary information with the permission of each client. I maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and respect for you, your possessions and your home.

COOKIES

“Cookies” help us process your order and allow you to participate and download resources from our site. Cookies can be removed in your browser. Search the help files of your application for more information. If you reject the cookie, you may still use our site but you will not be able to make a purchase, download printable and checklists or participate in our community.

COMPLIANCE WITH COPPA

At Home With Nikki®, LLC does not knowingly collect the personal information of individuals under the age of 13 in compliance with The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under the age of 13, you must have your parents permission to use this site.

No political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of trolling. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the submitted content. At Home With Nikki®, LLC reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content. LIABILITY RELEASE

Everyone on the At Home With Nikki professional organizing team goes to great lengths to treat you and your belongings with respect, care, and delicacy. That said, it is our policy to have every client agree to a liability waiver in the event of an accident. Thank you for understanding this is necessary to protect our business.

“I hereby acknowledge I understand there may be risks involved in moving furniture and accessories as part of the organizational services I contracted At Home With Nikki to do. I hereby accept all risk, and waive and all monetary claims for damage or injury to myself or member of my family, my furniture and my accessories, whether owned, rented, or borrowed by me or member of my family, relatives or friends and assume all legal and financial responsibility myself for such.

I shall not now, nor in the future, make any claim against Nichole (Nikki) Boyd with At Home With Nikki or any of her employees, contractors, subcontractors, or assistants for any injury to persons within my home or damage or destruction of possessions or property belonging to myself or others in and on my property beyond the value of the services performed and agreed in advance. I warrant that I have the authority to authorize the movement of all furniture and accessories within this home.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nichole (Nikki) Boyd with At Home With Nikki or any of her employees, contractors, subcontractors, or assistants from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from any negligent or intentional act or omission by At Home With Nikki professional organizing services as part of the organizational services I have contracted them to do.”

OUT-OF-TOWN CLIENTS

For out-of-town clients who prefer not to utilize At Home With Nikki's virtual organizing services but rather she come to their home or business there is an additional $100.00 charge per session along with the client must pay for one professional organizer's and one organizing assistant's travel expenses. All travel expenses (to and from to include travel, hotel and meals) are arranged by the professional organizer and billed to the client in a all-inclusive rate. These expenses must be paid in full two weeks prior to each session.

PRODUCTS

Downloads are non-refundable. Every effort has been made to clearly represent my products and their potential. Please remember that each individual’s success depends on his or her dedication, desire and motivation.

TERMINATION CLAUSE

I work closely with all my clients in an intimate setting. Should I feel unsafe at any point in the process I reserve the right to refuse service and withhold the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason.
