Tham Vo Studio Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

1. Gift Certificates are valid for 1 yr from date of purchase

2. Gift Certificates are non-refundable

3. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed for services from Tham Vo Studio and cannot be exchanged for cash

4. Unused credit will be refunded by a Gift Certificate to the same value

5. Gift Certificates can be purchased through our online booking portal found on the Tham Vo Studio website. Once purchased, you will receive a digital copy of the unique booking code, which can be printed or sent to the recipient.

6. Gift Certificates must be redeemed through our online booking portal when booking a new appointment.

7. Tham Vo Studio will not be liable for lost, stolen, destroyed or misused Gift Certificates or codes and cannot provide refunds or replacements for these circumstances.

8. All Gift Certificates and bookings will also be bound by Tham Vo Studio's Terms and Conditions.
