4 Session Packs and Gift Certificates

• Paid in advance.
• MUST be used within 6 months of purchase.
• Non-refundable
• You can prebook sessions if desired, or just schedule as you go, or schedule an extra one in between regular sessions if you need.
• Sessions cannot be carried over or transferred.
• Sessions can be rescheduled ONCE ONLY (outside 12 hours of session start) or cancelled. You will still be entitled to the full number of sessions paid for.

• Sessions MUST be used within a 12-month period.

• Sessions can be rescheduled more than once (outside 12 hours of session start) or cancelled. You will still be entitled to the full number of sessions paid for.

Memberships:

• Charged to your debit or credit card at the frequency you have selected, price stays same for the term.
• At end of term client will be given the option of renewing.
• Membership will renew to prevailing rate at the time.
• Membership may be stopped with 40 days notice.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

• Appointment may be changed without charge more than 12 hours before, once only (12 or 18 packs no limit on number of changes).
• Use "Change/Cancel Appointment" button on reminder emails to change yourself, or call 0272445886 for help.
• Late cancellations (<12hours) must be discussed by phone, or text reason to 0272445886.
• Clients that forget or do not arrive will be charged for the session.
• Rescheduling one appointment does NOT automatically alter any future ones that may already be booked, nor timing of payment.
