Thank you for considering Blue Balance, where we specialize in the following massage modalities: prenatal, relaxation, sports and deep tissue! PLEASE READ the policy BEFORE booking a service:

FOR IN OFFICE CLIENTS ONLY:

1) All services are by appointment only - no walk ins.

2) There is a retainer fee of 50% for ALL service types (EXCLUDING packages & gift certificated). Retainer is used towards the service of your choice.

3) If rescheduling, deposit is transferable once - 24 hours notice is REQUIRED for all rescheduled appointments to be honored.

4) Please plan to arrive to appointment 5-10 minutes ahead of time to fill out any necessary paperwork. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule.

5) Please bring only those being serviced to appointment.

6) No refunds will be given.

FOR MOBILE CLIENTS ONLY:

*IF MORE THAN 10 MILES FROM HARRISBURG, PA - PLEASE CONTACT STEVI @ 717-543-8517. Mileage will be calculated into remaining balance.
