By booking an Email Reading or purchasing a Gift Voucher with Amanda Jay you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

All email Readings must be paid for at the time of booking. There are no refunds.
No time slot will be allocated for Email Readings. You will be given an estimated time as to when you may receive your reading, but this subject to change and availability. In general, this time is approximately 7-14 working days.
You will receive your reading via email and to be added to Amanda’s mailing list. Please regularly check your junk mail in the instance that the email has ended up there.
I have the right to refuse to answer questions of they do not fit in to the guidelines I mention or I feel the question in not morally appropriate. You may change the question in this circumstance and ask another.
Gift Vouchers may be transferred to someone else if the recipient is not able to use it. There are no refunds.
Gift Vouchers must be used within 12 months. If this isn’t possible please contact me and we can organise the reading in a time frame that works for you.
The in-person reading will be at my office which is currently in Islington, near the Newcastle centre. This is subject to change as I may move my office space at some time.
