- New Patients: Schedule below and complete all steps of your intake directions. After completing all of the steps of your intake directions, send a P2P portal message to Michelle Kosvitch and ask to be added to the wait list. Michelle will contact you if an earlier appointment becomes available.
- Existing Patients: You will have the option to join the wait list while scheduling below.

Use your legal name when scheduling instead of a nickname. Please use the same name as your Power2Patient account.
