Please note that we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations/rescheduling. If you have tested positive or have been exposed to COVID and are waiting on test results please cancel/reschedule ASAP to avoid being charged. Per the policies you will be asked to agree to and sign when booking your appointment, any cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee using the card you place on file. This is the ONLY time we will charge your card on file without your in-person signature.

Please park on the far side of the parking lot and use our main entrance, and do not come into the office more than 5 minutes before your session. There is limited waiting room space and your therapist needs adequate time to prepare your room.

Please look out for a confirmation email to ensure your appointment went through. If you did not receive a confirmation email, that means we do not have your appointment on our books.

No minors are allowed in the building unsupervised.

Packages are non-refundable and can only be purchased after you have seen us for at least one session. The package can be applied to that session, as well as any future sessions booked.
