Terms & Conditions:

Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you wish to reschedule your appointment, this can be done without forfeiting the deposit provided it is done at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge to the card on file for 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

💛Up to 10 minutes late: We may have reduced time for casual conversation ( that I adore), bubbles, coffee, or tea.

🧡Up to 15 minutes late: Certain additional services, such as tinting or lamination, might be omitted depending on time constraints.

💔More than 25 minutes late: The service can either be refused entirely or limited to a basic cleaning with wax, depending on the remaining time available.

💔💔💔 30 minutes or more late: Your appointment will be marked as a "no show" and you will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
