Cancellation & Refunds

You are considered late at 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.

You must reschedule your appointment and will be charged a $25 late fee.

We understand things may change. If you need to reschedule you have 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to book another time.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT.
