***If you have not had your teeth whitened in the past 6 months you are considered a NEW client and will need to book accordingly!***

Policy

Payment is expected at the time of service. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Services may be paid with cash, credit card, Afterpay, HSA/FSA card, or VENMO. Please have EXACT CHANGE when using cash.
No extra guests.
10 min grace period.
15 mins late = $10 late fee and the time will be deducted from your appointment.
If you're later than 15 mins your appointment may be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

No-Shows, and Cancellations:

No call No show: If you DO NOT cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your credit card on file will be charged 50% or $20(whichever is higher) of the amount of service, and you will be required to prepay for future appointments.

Failure to comply to the policy can cause your appointment to be rescheduled and/or canceled.

Training Classes:

In Office Training classes require a $200.00 Non-refundable deposit which will go towards the total amount. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your training appointment. We accept Cash, Afterpay,VENMO, & Credit cards. If you need to reschedule your training date, Please reach out to us at 864-499-5399 and we will definitely accommodate you.
VIRTUAL training classes require a 50% deposit. Please book 5 or more business days from today's date. Materials will ship UPS 2nd day select once deposit is paid.
LED Teeth Whitening Lamp is NOT included w/Training course.
