All packages and memberships are final sales, need to be fully paid if bought our subscribed buy payment plans and can’t not be refund in any circumstances

The initial term of this Contract is [3,6 or 12] months, starting on the Start Date and ending on the End Date. This Contract may not be cancelled by the Client before the End Date. The Contract will automatically renew for an additional [3,6 or 12] months, unless the Client provides written notice of cancellation at least [30 or 60] days prior to the end of the term.
Payment:
The Client will pay the Salon [amount due each month] per month for the entire [3,6 or 12]-month term of this Contract, for a total of [total amount due for the entire year]. Payment is due on the [date due each month] of each month. In the event that the Client fails to make timely payment, the Salon may suspend or terminate the Client's membership/subscription plan.
Automatic Renewal:
If the membership/subscription plan includes automatic renewal, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Contract will be automatically renewed for an additional [3,6 or 12] months, unless the Client provides written notice of cancellation at least [30 or 60] days prior to the end of the term. The Client also acknowledges and agrees that the renewal fee may be different from the original fee, and that the Salon reserves the right to modify the fee or terms of the Contract upon renewal. The Client will be notified of any changes to the fee or terms at least [30 or 60] days prior to the end of the term.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute or conflict arising under or in connection with this Contract, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the matter through negotiations within [30 or 60] days of the initial notice, either party may initiate mediation or the salon will transfer the case to a collection company.
Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitations of Liability:
The Salon warrants that it will provide the services and benefits included in the membership/subscription plan with reasonable care and skill. However, the Salon makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the services or benefits included in the membership/subscription plan.
If the client wishes to cancel the membership before the completion of the agreed contract term, whether it is 3, 6 months or 12 months, the client will be responsible for paying the full amount for the remaining duration of the contract. This charge is to compensate the beauty salon for the commitment made and the reserved membership benefits for the entire contracted period. The cancellation fee will be charged as a lump sum, equivalent to the remaining payments for the contract term, and the client understands that no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the membership. The beauty salon reserves the right to charge the client's provided payment method for the outstanding balance in a timely manner upon receipt of the cancellation request.
The Salon expressly disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services or benefits included in the membership/subscription plan, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Salon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Salon's liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services or benefits included in the membership/subscription plan is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the membership/subscription plan.
The Client also acknowledges and agrees that the Salon is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss to the Client's person or property that may result from the use of the services or benefits included in the membership/subscription plan.
By buying the membership, the Client acknowledges that he/she has read and understood this Contract, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
