All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you must reschedule or cancel please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost of any appointment reschedule/cancellation with less than 48-hour notice. If you are a no-call / no-show you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment.

The Curl Spot will no longer accept appointment reschedules for the following month. Scheduled appointments must be fulfilled in the same month as the original appointment or you will forfeit your deposit- 07/01/2023

How to cancel: You must use your initial confirmation email. There is a link near the bottom of the email that says CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT. You can use this link to cancel or reschedule for a later date. If u can't please email info@curlspotdallas.com

If you do not see any appointments available that means that my calendar is fully committed. Xavier works closely with me. He may have availability on his calendar for the same service. Please book with him
