Before you subscribe, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

**Payment Terms:**

- Subscription Price: Listed on receipt.

- Payment Method: We accept credit card payments securely processed through Acuity Scheduling.

- Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed on agreed time frame.

**Subscription Duration:**

- Duration: This subscription is ongoing until canceled by you.

- Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

**Appointment Booking:**

- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through Acuity Scheduling.

- Preferred Time Slots: To secure your preferred time slots, we recommend booking in advance.

**Cancellation and Rescheduling:**

- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed for future months.

- Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling appointments.

- Late Cancellation/No-Show: Your appointment will be forfeited and a 50% accommodation fee will deducted from the card on file for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows.

**Refunds and Returns:**

- Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us by email and address your concerns.

- Returns/Exchanges: Aftercare products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 2 days of purchase. Please review our product return policy for details.

**Membership Benefits:**

- Benefits: Enjoy monthly lash fills and fullsets depending on the package you have selected at discounted rates 30-40%. As a subscriber, you also have access to priority booking for your convenience.

**Policy Adherence:**

- Policy Adherence: Clients are responsible for adhering to our lash policies, subscription details, and aftercare instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of their lash extensions. The servicer will not be able to reschedule or override polices.
