All packages, subscriptions, and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-cancellable. If you need to reschedule an appointment, do so at least 24-hours in advance, otherwise, you forfeit the appointment. Due to scheduler limitations, an appointment may not be cancelled, only rescheduled, otherwise the credit is lost.
COLON HYDROTHERAPY PACKAGES/SUBSCRIPTIONS: If at some point after purchasing the package you develop a contraindication to colon hydrotherapy (they're listed below), the remainder of the appointments will become water enemas instead.
SUBSCRIPTION ONLY: The subscription renews automatically each month. To cancel the subscription, contact us in writing at info@thriveholisticmed.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle, or log on to the account to cancel, when you cancel, any remaining appointment credits will be lost.
