NOTE: PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AND BE SURE THAT NONE OF THEM APPLY TO YOU.If more than one applies, please do not proceed with booking:

You have not been infected with Corona Virus or lived with anyone who was.

You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding - NO EXCEPTIONS.

ATTENDEES MUST BE AGE 18 OR OLDER - OR HAVE PARENTALCONSENT. The parent must provide an ID and sign the consent form in the studio.

Pigment allergies (if you are unsure, we can do a test patch before your appointment)

Not on any blood thinning medications

No acne, raised moles or eczema on/around the brow area

No HIV, Hepatitis or any other transmittable blood diseases

Had Botox done within the last four weeks prior to your appointment

Must not have High Blood Pressure, Diabetic, cancer, or undergoing chemo

Not on any Skin treatment (Accutane, or any other skin thinning treatment/medication)

If you have previously tattooed or microbladed eyebrows, please email a clear photo with no filter or makeup on the brows.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/LATE POLICY

Booking fee is non refundable.Rescheduling or canceling an appointment must be done 72 hours before the scheduled time. When rescheduling within 72hrs, there is another $50 booking fee.

Once 15 minutes have passed, your appointment will be canceled, and a new booking fee will be required. A full amount will be charged when no show.

*The rest of your payment must be paid in full on the day of the procedure via cash, Zelle or credit card.

妊娠中、授乳中の方は授乳が終わるまでお待ちください。

年齢が１８歳以下の方が施術をご希望の場合は、ご両親が必ず同行して頂き、同意書を記入して頂きます。

アレルギーや医師の治療を受けている方は、ご予約前に必ずご連絡下さい。

HIVやHepatitis等の感染症の方は施術をお受けになることができません。

施術箇所にニキビやホクロがある場合その箇所にインクを入れる事はできませんのでご了承下さい。

高血圧、糖尿病、癌をお持ちの方、キモセラピー中の方は施術ができません。

アキュテイン、ピーリング等のニキビ治療中の方は施術ができません。

過去にパウダー眉、マイクロブレーディング等の施術を受けた方は、必ずご予約前にEmailにて現在の写真をメイクアップ無しで明るい場所で撮りお送り下さい。

＊ご予約日のキャンセル/日にち変更について

ご予約のキャンセル、日にち変更は必ず７２時間前までにお済ませ下さい。

（７２時間以内になると、新たにBooking feeが必要になります。）

当日15分を過ぎるとご予約はキャンセルになりますので、時間にゆとりを持ってお越しください。

当日ご連絡無しにNo Showの場合はご予約頂いた施術料金全額がチャージされてしまいます。必ず７２時間前に変更、キャンセルをお願いいたします。Booking feeは返金出来ません。
