All appointments booked via the booking system will be taken from Salon 88 located in Moonee Ponds 3039.

Please be sure to double check the date and time of your appointment before confirming your booking as all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Your remaining balance is payable in cash or bank transfer.

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays may occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request to be notified as early as possible.

If you wish to cancel 24 hours of the appointment or don't come for no reason, the remaining 50% of the total cost is required.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case the remaining amount of the service will apply.

Please do not come into your appointment sick, that includes if you have any contagious skin or eye conditions (cold sores, styes etc.) We will refuse to complete the application and deposits will be lost. Please notify us if you are sick to avoid this.

We require a MINIMUM of 4 people or more to come out to you. If you require a travel service, please contact me on 0434641590 (do NOT book for travel on the booking system)
