Late Fee

Please inform me that you are running later. However, after 10 mins you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 mins your appointment is cancelled.

(Arriving late will limit the time of your service and run into another scheduled appointment),

Cancellations/Rescheduling

If you are unable to make your appointment please notify me 24 had before your scheduled appointment time via text 312-933-4225.
Cancellation forfeits the deposit.

In the event that a no call no show happens you lose you deposit and have to pay another to book another appointment.
