A non-refundable $25 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!!
Form of payment: CASH, CashAPP, or ZELLE! Deposits must be paid online at the time of scheduling using PayPal.
Memo subject for payments MUST state the service requested.
If rescheduling is required, a 24-hour notice must be made via the reschedule link from the original confirmation email.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to another, ONE TIME ONLY. After one attempt of rescheduling you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay another one.
There is a 10min grace period, after 10mins a late fee of $10 will be added to remaining balance. 20mins late will result to your appointment being cancelled, you will have to reschedule, and another $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due.

No call/No shows will result in an upfront fee of the service—in full when booking again, if allowed.

Please do not bring guest(s) to your appointment. They will not be allowed to sit in the experience area & wait for you due to COVID restrictions.
All appointments will be confirmed via Text or email the day before your appointment so please be sure to add the correct contact information.
