I agree and know that there are no returns after the purchase of this package. I understand that if I do not use up all the available appointments by the end of the term there are no full or partial refunds. I understand that in the instance that the practitioner, Heaven-Lea Cummings, is the sole reason for I, the client, to not use up the last of the available appointments (i.e. scheduling limits or completely booked up with other appointments) before the end of the term, the term will be extended for me, the client, so I may redeem the rest of the available appointments. I understand that Heaven-Lea's phone number is provided on the certificate so I, the client, may call or text Heaven-Lea if I have any questions, concerns, or need special accommodations which will be decided privately between the I, the client, and Heaven-Lea, the practitioner.
