Cancellation Policy:

🧿Time is valuable. I respect your time and thank you for respecting mine and other clients in need of healing.

PLEASE READ REGARDING CANCELLATIONS AND LATE POLICY:

Any appointment that is a no-show, rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours prior to appointment forfeits the session and the full cost of the service will be charged to your card on file minus the deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the session.

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for any appointment booked from a package. All packages are nonrefundable.

You will receive a refund of services paid as long as your session is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to session.

If you book and cancel appointment within the same 24 hour, a $5.00 rebooking fee will be deducted from the refund of your deposit.

If you are a no show, you will be banned from making future appointments.

If you reschedule your appointment 3 times, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be banned from making future appointments.

If you book and cancel an appointment 3 times you will be banned from making future appointments.

Please do not bring any children or pets to your appointment. If you do, your appointment will be canceled and you will be responsible for paying for the session.
