Welcome to Presence Alchemy. Before you begin your sessions, here are some things I would like you to know, or that I would like you to let me know.

In sessions, we investigate the beliefs and perceptions that you have about yourself, others, and the wider world. As with other mindfulness-based practices, we do not give advice, nor do we attempt to change or manage your beliefs or behaviors. By inquiring directly into the nature of your present experience, beliefs, patterns, and conditioning often unravel and profound changes can occur. However, I do not offer or guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space in which any information or feeling can be shared. If at any time during a session you feel discomfort about the process or you wish to stop, please let me know. We will continue only if you wish to do so.

If you have or think you are suffering from a medical or psychological condition, please consult your doctor or other appropriately qualified professional. The Somatic Inquiry is not a substitute for nor do I offer medical or psychiatric support or care.
