GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Your purchase of a gift certificate is good for the specified number of days presented on your voucher. If your voucher does not list an expiration date, the default expiration date is 365 days from the date of purchase.

Please advise your gift receiver to schedule at www.btwbodywork.com/schedule within this time frame and to enter the code that is autogenerated for you there.

PACKAGES/BUNDLES:

Your purchase of a 3 session package is valid for 90 days.

Your purchase of a 5 session package is valid for 150 days.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Your subscription gets you $10 off up to 2 sessions per month. This is transferrable to up to 2 close friends or family members. These benefits carry over for up to 3 months. You can cancel at any time by emailing bridge@btwbodywork.com

One Time Initiation Fee for subscriptions:

I understand that I will be charged a $20.00 fee upon beginning my membership with Bridge to Wellness Bodywork. This will only be charged for my first month and not again after that unless I cancel and renew my membership again.

Monthly Charge

I understand my credit card will be billed once per month for the cost of the membership plan I have selected. I, hereby, authorize this payment to reoccur each month on the agreed upon date until I provide written notice stating otherwise via email to kirstinbrugmassage@gmail.com

Cancellation

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic late-cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. In the event of a no show, the cost of your FULL SESSION will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation.

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive in enough time to be on the table at your appointment time.

Illness

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
