ARRIVING, RESCHEDULING, CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATIONS. -- PLEASE READ.

A credit card will be required for appointment reservations. This will not charge you at the time of booking if you click “pay in person.”

Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of the session or reschedule so that other clients are not inconvenienced. Failure to reschedule within 24 hours will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the service amount to your credit card. *A confirmation text/email will be sent out 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please be sure to respond to confirm your appointment with the practitioner.

Without the courtesy of communicating with your practitioner within the requested time frame, any last minute cancellations and no-shows will be automatically charged due to the time slot being reserved just for you. Please be aware that the practitioner has your scheduled time specifically blocked off to accommodate you, and we ask the same courtesy to be extended. If you send another client in your place, you will not be charged the fee. Continuous rescheduling and missed appointments will result in no future services unless pre-purchased in advance.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to begin the relaxation process. If you are running late or need directions, please contact Michelle Evans, LMT as soon as possible to notify of your estimated arrival time or to reschedule. (405-863-1728)
Gift certificates, package(s) and services must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase, and cannot be extended past the expiration date. Expired gift certificates have no cash value and may not be refunded or redeemed for products or services.

*Male clients must be referred by a current female client prior to booking.

*All services are SAFE for pre/post-natal women.
