Appointment Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations or changes made outside of 48 hour timeframe prior to scheduled appointment time, payment or credit will be forfeited. If payment was not collected prior to appointment or if client has a membership, client will be subject to full charge of scheduled services, which will be charged to credit card on file. If client has a package, a credit will be deducted from the package.

Memberships/ Packages:

All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Contraindications & Booking:

I understand that if I have any contraindications, it is my responsibility to check with my physician and HWC's practitioner before booking an appointment or purchasing a package or membership. I understand that if I choose to book an appointment or purchase a package or membership without taking the aforementioned steps and am precluded from proceeding with appointment due to safety concerns, that I forfeit any payment made.
