If you have any questions or concerns before scheduling, please call 678-836-6681 or email me at support@cleanbliss.net before booking. All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $27 to secure your appointment. If you are booking a consultation, please book at least 48 hours before services are needed.

Final payments accepted are cash, PayPal, or Zelle.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Security deposit goes towards your services.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19, Please inform me as soon as possible so we can make the following adjustments to your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24-48 hours. If you need assistance in rescheduling or canceling please call or text me at 678-836-6681. Please keep in mind that the $27 deposit is still non-refundable if Appointments are not CANCELED BEFORE 24-48 HOURS.

ALL appointments have a 1 hour arrival window. For example, if you book an appointment for 9am, our arrival time will be any time from 9am-10am.

Basic Clean Include:

Kitchen/Dining area:

Wipe down counter tops
Wipe down stove top
Wipe outside and clean inside of microwave
Clean outside of fridge
wipe down sink
Vacuum/sweep/mop

Living room/Bedrooms:

Vacuum/sweep/mop
Light dusting
Wipe down coffee tables/end tables/nightstands

Bathrooms:

Clean mirrors
Wipe down counter tops
Clean sink
Clean toilet inside and out
Clean Tub/Shower
Take out bathroom trash and replace with liner
Sweep and Mop

*** Please keep in mind that stairs are not included with basic cleans, so if you would like your stairs vacuumed/swept/mopped please select the "$10 stairs fee". Stair fee is $10 per set.

Deep Clean includes a (basic clean) and the following:

Dust and wet wipe baseboards
Load dishes in the dishwasher or handwash dishes
Disinfect light switches, door knobs, and remote controls
Dust Décor, Blinds, vent covers, ceiling fans
Remove visible cobwebs
Wiping bedroom and bathroom doors
Polish furniture
Vacuum sofa(s)

***Deep Cleaning price is subject to change once walkthrough is completed first before your cleaning appointment.

Move in/Move out clean includes a (basic & deep clean) and the following:

Clean inside and outside of all cabinets, wipe down doors, and ceiling fans.
Fridge and Oven is not included, so please add that on when booking appointment.
To book a move in/move out clean, select the bedroom package you need and in the section "add to appointment" select (move in/move out clean)
Consultation must be booked first before home is serviced
All rooms need to be emptied
