Welcome to SW4 Pilates! We're so happy that you decided to start ( or continue) your Pilates journey with us. Please take a moment to read and familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions below.

1. Pack Expiration Dates: Our class packs are crafted to offer flexibility while maintaining consistency in your learning. Packs of 5 classes are valid for 2 months from the purchase date, while packs of 10 classes remain valid for 4 months from the purchase date.
2. Booking and Scheduling: We encourage you to schedule your classes in advance to optimise your pack. You can book sessions at your convenience within the validity period.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please book your classes thoughtfully. In case of cancellations or rescheduling, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the class. Unfortunately without enough notice(>24h) we can't guarantee we're able to fill your slot and therefore a class will be deducted from your pack.
4. No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchased class packs. When you purchase a pack, it constitutes a contract between us and commits both parties to honour the terms specified.
5. Extending Validity: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you encounter difficulties booking your classes within the specified timeframe, contact us. We'll consider reasonable requests for an extension on a case-by-case basis.
6. Support and Assistance: Your learning experience matters to us. If you have any queries, need assistance, or wish to share your progress, please reach out. Our team is here to assist you.
