HAND & LAND requires at least 24 hours in advance for all appointment changes and cancelations to avoid a cancellation fee: For sauna members and packages, one session will be deducted from your allotted sessions.

Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it is at the receptionist's discretion to determine if there’s enough time for your service. If we're able to complete the session in the time available, you will be charged the full amount for the booking. If there is too little time, note that we will not be able to start the session and the cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancelations can be done so through Acuity 24+ hours in advance or by calling 816-768-8400. If it is after house please leave a voicemail or email contact@handnadland.com. Thank you for honoring everyone’s time.

Sauna Memberships

Memberships are a 6 month commitment. After 6 months, Membership continues monthly. Please submit a written 30-day notice from your billing date to cancel your subscription. Please email contact@handandland.com. No refunds, transfers or rollovers.
