Our 1:1 Coaching Sessions:

We will meet on Zoom at the scheduled time of our call. To get the most out of our sessions, I invite you to put away your phone and any other distractions and find a quiet, private place, so that you can be fully present with our work together.

Telegram:

Throughout this 6-month period, you will have direct access to me through the Telegram app from Monday-Thursday, via text or voice message. I am not usually available to reply instantly, but will get back to you within 24-36 hours.

Payment:

Deep Presence: Payment is $675/month, for 6 months. Payment for the month must be sent before you can book your calls for the upcoming month. I recommend spacing sessions as follows: four sessions/month for the first two months, three sessions per month for the next three months, and two sessions for our last month. Our first and last sessions will be 90 minutes long.

Resilient Roots: Payment is $111/$130/$150/$160 per session, depending on how many sessions you book. For bundles, you will automatically be charged weekly, for a single session, you will pay in full when booking. After paying for a package, you can use your email to redeem it and schedule your sessions through the calendar link provided.

Confidentiality:

I will not use any of your information for my benefit, nor share any information publicly unless you have given permission (ex. for testimonials, or newsletter).

I do participate in ongoing peer and professional supervision, and may occasionally share information from sessions confidentially and anonymously for the purposes of professional guidance, support and peer education.

Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:

Please do not reschedule or cancel appointments if possible. If something out of your control happens and you absolutely must reschedule, please give me as much advance notice as possible.

Due to my limited schedule, I will not be offering reschedules or refunds if canceling within 24 hours of our session. Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a $50 fee. Please purchase mindfully.

If you know you will be late, please text me directly. We will still end at the regularly scheduled time, as I have other clients scheduled after you, but you will still be responsible of the full price of our session.

We both may make changes to our schedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, but the coaching sessions must fit in the allotted package period if applicable.

No call, no show appointments will be charged the full price for the missed appointment. Clients who have not arrived 20 minutes after their scheduled appointment time and have not reached out to offer notification of a late arrival will be considered a no call, no show. Exceptions will be offered for serious emergencies (ex. medical emergencies, accidents, etc.).

If, after our first two sessions, you don’t feel that you’ve received your desired value from our sessions, you can request a refund of 50% of what you’ve paid and cancel further payments. After the first two sessions, refunds will not be provided.

Limited Liability

Integrative Life Coaching is a service that provides personal coaching to specific individuals and/or groups. The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

I will always exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care of ensuring my client is coached to meet their life coaching goals, and the client understands and acknowledges the coach will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the life coaching sessions.

No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the client requesting such coaching agrees not to hold me (Michal Tolk) responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord. The method and process by which advice and direction are given in no manner whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than clinical and medical counseling.

Life coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.

It is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, relational, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

These coaching services are intended to support you energetically and emotionally on your individual journey. It is not intended to replace care that is best provided by a qualified health professional and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Furthermore, the service should not be used as a substitute for any treatment that has been prescribed by a medical or healthcare professional. Client is expressly advised not to make any changes with regards to their medication, health, or lifestyle without consulting their doctor, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional first.
