Checking this box confirms that I understand that all packages are special promotions and each package has an expiration date as outlined below. I also understand that packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The intro package of 3 sessions expires in 30 days from date of purchase. A package of 5 expires in 60 days. A package of 10 expires in 120 days. A series of classes expires on the last day of the series. No substitute for other classes or refunds will be given if you need to miss a class.
