This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between The Muse Creative Studios, hereinafter referred to as the "Studio," and the student, hereinafter referred to as the "Student," for participation in dance classes at the Studio. Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

Attendance:

a. The Student agrees to attend dance classes regularly and punctually, arriving on time and being fully prepared for each session.

b. In the event the Student is unable to attend a class, it is the Student's responsibility to notify the Studio in advance, if possible.

Make-up Classes:

a. The Studio acknowledges that there may be instances when the Student is unable to attend a class due to personal circumstances.

b. If a class is missed by the Student, they will not be allowed to take an extra class to make up for the missed session.

Canceled Classes:

a. In the event that a class is canceled by the Studio, excluding cancellations due to holidays or weather conditions, etc., the Studio will arrange for an extra session to be held.

b. The Studio will communicate any class cancellations to the Student in a timely manner through the preferred communication channel established by the Studio.

Studio's Responsibility:

a. The Studio agrees to provide high-quality dance instruction during scheduled classes.

b. The Studio will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the schedule and provide advance notice of any necessary changes or cancellations.

Student's Responsibility:

a. The Student agrees to abide by the Studio's rules and regulations, including but not limited to appropriate behavior, dress code, and safety guidelines.

b. The Student acknowledges that regular attendance and active participation are essential for progress and improvement in dance.

Liability and Indemnification:

a. The Student acknowledges that participating in dance classes involves physical activity and assumes all risks associated with such activity.

b. The Student releases the Studio, its staff, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during dance classes or while on the Studio's premises.

Termination:

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

b. Upon termination, the Student shall not be entitled to any refunds for remaining classes.

Miscellaneous:

a. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Student and the Studio, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

b. Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By checking the box, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Student Agreement.
