Please read the following policies below prior to booking. By booking, you are agreeing with the following policies

PAYMENT POLICY: I require a $10 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is made when booking with a debit/credit card; your deposit goes towards your total balance. The remainder of your service can be paid prior online via credit or debit card. If not, the remainder is to be paid in CASH! If not, you will be charged the full amount to your card!

LATE POLICY: A 10 minute grace period is granted, depending on scheduling for the day. Arriving later will result in additional fees/ and or rescheduling of your appointment.

HYGIENE POLICY: Although all appointments include a complimentary lash bath, please come to your appointment with clean lashes free of makeup, eyelash glue and serums.

REFILL POLICY: 40% of lashes are a must! Refills are to be scheduled every 2-2.5weeks maximum! Anything over 3 weeks, please add on the 3 week+ maintenance charge when booking.

SAME DAY SQUEEZE INS: Same day appointments are available, depending on scheduling! Please text Squeeze in to (647)462-8430 for availability! *There is no additional fee for same day appts, unless booked after hours!

AFTER HOURS POLICY: After hour appointments (7pm and after) are subject to a $50 fee. Please text 6474628430 for further inquiries.

NO SHOW POLICY: No call, No-shows will be charged in full for their service. If you’d like to rebook at a future date, you will be charged a no show fe of $50, to be paid in full prior to your next booking. This fee does not go towards your service total.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are transferrable to appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time.
